## Room Presence Project - LIVE SETUP
- **Pi 1**: livingroom-pi (192.168.0.95) - IN PROGRESS
  - SSH key setup attempted (Windows/OpenSSH quirk - needs manual intervention)
  - Paired phone: B0:C2:C7:07:28:B4 (motorola razr 2024)
  - Bluetooth MAC: B8:27:EB:50:C9:40
  - Installing room-assistant via npm
  - Testing without adminToken first

- **Multi-Pi setup plan**:
  1. Clone SD card after first Pi is working
  2. Change hostname per Pi
  3. Re-pair Bluetooth on each Pi (LinkKey per Pi-phone pair)
  4. Update room name in config/local.yml

## Backup System Setup
- **Backup location**: `P:\Clawdbot-Backups\`
- **Script**: `C:\Users\admin\clawd\backup-clawdbot.ps1`
- **Initial backup**: `backup_2026-01-29_184835.zip` (0.28 MB)
- **Cron job**: "Daily Clawdbot Backup" - daily at 2 AM
