Room Presence Project - LIVE SETUP

Pi 1: livingroom-pi (192.168.0.95) - IN PROGRESS
- SSH key setup attempted (Windows/OpenSSH quirk - needs manual intervention)
- Paired phone: B0:C2:C7:07:28:B4 (motorola razr 2024)
- Bluetooth MAC: B8:27:EB:50:C9:40
- Installing room-assistant via npm
- Testing without adminToken first

Multi-Pi setup plan:
- Clone SD card after first Pi is working
- Change hostname per Pi
- Re-pair Bluetooth on each Pi (LinkKey per Pi-phone pair)
- Update room name in config/local.yml
